These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [growmow.io] (the “Website”) and our services, including our mobile application (the “App”) and any related features, content, or services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Website or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Services Overview

GrowMow is a lawn mowing service aggregator that connects property owners with independent contractor mowers for lawn care services. The Services currently operate exclusively in Rapid City, South Dakota, with plans to expand in the future.

Our platform allows:

• Property Owners to list their properties and request lawn mowing services on a one-time or recurring basis (weekly, bi-weekly, tri-weekly, or monthly).
• Mowers (independent contractors) to browse available jobs and accept them based on availability, expertise, and proximity.
• Payments to be processed securely through our App, where customers are charged after service completion, and mowers receive their earnings after a platform fee deduction.

2. Eligibility

By using our Website or Services, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• If registering as a Mower, you have the necessary skills, equipment, and ability to perform lawn mowing services in compliance with local regulations.

3. Account Registration (For App Users Only)

While our Website does not require registration, users of our mobile app will need to create an account to access certain features. When signing up:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

4. Payments & Fees

• Property Owners set their own price for services when booking a mow.
• Payment is processed automatically after service completion using the credit card stored on file.
• Mowers receive their payment after a service fee is deducted by GrowMow for platform facilitation.
• We are not responsible for any disputes between Property Owners and Mowers regarding pricing, quality, or timelines of service.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Property Owners may cancel or reschedule services through the App, but cancellations on short notice may incur fees.
• Mowers can decline jobs before acceptance, but repeated cancellations after acceptance may result in suspension.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and at our sole discretion.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purposes.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Attempt to bypass the platform's payment system.
• Disrupt or harm the Website, App, or any associated Services.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users.

Violating these Terms may result in account suspension or permanent removal from our Services.

7. Limitation of Liability

We only provide a platform connecting property owners and mowers. We do not employ mowers nor guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services performed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GrowMow (individually, or along with all associated subsidiaries) is not liable for:

• Any personal injury or property damage related to services performed.
• Service interruptions, data loss, or technical issues.
• Any disputes between Property Owners and Mowers.

Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid to us in service fees in the past six (6) months.

8. Dispute Resolution

• Users agree to resolve disputes amicably before taking legal action.
• Any legal claims shall be governed by the laws of South Dakota and must be resolved in the courts of Rapid City, SD.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
